The Women of The Agency were fortunate enough to take part in a much-needed retreat at the stunning Wander Resort in Prince Edward County. Organized by our incredible broker, Katia Bailey, this event was filled with an exciting and thoughtfully curated itinerary that gave us all the opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect.
From the moment we arrived, the energy was uplifting. We were welcomed with delicious bites, refreshing drinks and each a beautiful tote bag filled with swag and thoughtfully handwriten and personalized letters from Kat. The perfect blend of activities were planned for our retreat, including peaceful sound bathing, reiki and meditation sessions which allowed us to center ourselves and truly be in the moment.
One of the highlights was the scenic vineyard wine and food tasting at Casa Dea. Sipping wine, and taking in the beautiful views gave us a chance to enjoy some local flavors while bonding with each other. Each moment was made even more special by the conversations we shared—whether we were reminiscing about life’s adventures or offering support to one another.
Evenings by the firepit were particularly meaningful. We gathered around the flames, sharing stories, laughter, and even a few tears. It was in these intimate moments that we truly felt the strength and beauty of our community, knowing that we are there for one another, both professionally and personally.
And, of course, what’s a retreat without a little fun? Kareoke and a 90s-themed party took us all on a nostalgic trip back in time. We danced the night away, embracing the lighthearted spirit of the evenings.
By the end of the retreat, we all felt recharged, reconnected, and ready to tackle the everyday grind that life can bring. It was an unforgettable experience that reminded us of the power of togetherness and the importance of taking a step back to recharge.
